LaRea's Friendship Fudge

One day I was having a chocolate attack. It  was as if chocolate called me on the phone and asked me to go for  drinks and dancing. Then I remembered a recipe that my friend gave me  just the week before, hence the name. This is healthy and yummy. Thanks  LaRea. 



1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 coco

1/2 smooth almond butter or any nut butter

1/2 maple syrup or honey

1/2 t vanilla

Melt  the coconut oil. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.  Pour into paper lined muffin tins or silicon muffin cups. I used 8 x 8  pan.

Makes 10 pieces. Chill for 30 minutes.When firm remove. Store in refrigerator

Shelly's Paleo Ice Cream

4 Bananas ripe and soft
3 TBS. of Almond Butter or any nut butter
1/2 c. of canned chilled Coconut milk
1/2c. of chopped pecans or berries opt.
Mash bananas add nut butter (food processor  if you want)
freeze overnight
add 1/2 c. of chilled coconut milk mix in food processor add nut or berries.
Can use less nut butter by adding some apple sauce
